What was the challenge?

JLL worked with NSG to facilitate their graduate recruitment in 2017.

Although they were using their internal recruitment process effectively, JLL were eager to see if there were any NSG graduates that would be suited for their business.

Companies will always miss good candidates that haven’t thought about a career at their business or in their industry.

1: Objective:

✓ Increase graduate job applications from graduates with a STEM background.
✓ Use the NSG network to raise awareness of JLL as a suitable business for STEM students.

2: Strategy:

• To promote JLL’s pro le among the NSG STEM candidates, JLL became the featured sponsor of the STEM Employment Events in London & Manchester. This meant that they’d have marketing communicated to our candidates in the lead up to the event as well as full access to candidates and a welcome briefing at the event.
• The sponsorship also included full branding and marketing stands at the event.

3: Results:

✓ Candidates Pre-Screened: 850

✓ Candidates Assessed: 200

✓ Events Held: London & Manchester

✓ 11 candidates hired
